We provide two rate options for each room type: Standard Rate and Non-Refundable Rate. The Standard Rate allows cancellations up to ‘x’ days before arrival ( x varies seasonally) with a full refund, and after this period, a partial or full amount may be retained. The amount retained by Volmar Hotel and other specific terms will be detailed to you during the booking process. The Non-Refundable Rate is non-cancellable, meaning that no refunds are possible in the event of a cancellation. Please be aware that seasonal variations may result in the display of only one rate option; for instance, during the winter season, only the Non-Refundable Rate may be available. If no cancellation request is received, the total amount paid for the booking at Volmar Hotel will not be refunded.
